Psychology of Compliance (RDF)
The psychology of compliance and the law of due diligence for business opportunities and franchises. The law relating to the purchase of business opportunities and franchises mandates full disclosure: the seller must reveal to the buyer information material to the purchase of the business. But there is no requirement in law that the disclosure not be psychologically misleading. The focus of these articles is to provide examples of misleading disclosure relating to the purchase of a business opportunity or franchise. (English (US))
