As summer wears on we tend to see higher and higher levels of salt accumulate it the root zone and as you know salt is very detrimental to turf growth. We regularly monitor the salt level in our greens and a couple times a year, we need to flush the salts out of the rootzone. We do this by running water for about 1 hour and push this water throught the root zone and out the drainage in the greens
